The ISUZU 700P 10cbm garbage compactor truck is a highly efficient and environmentally friendly sanitation vehicle. With a 3815mm wheelbase, it is equipped with an ISUZU 4HK1-TCG61 190hp diesel engine and an ISUZU MLD 6-speed transmission, offering strong power and low fuel consumption. ★ How to design this ISUZU rear lifting garbage truck?
• Designing a compactor garbage truck follows a complete technical roadmap: "Chassis volume matching → Core structure design → Hydraulic and electronic control system → Safety and reliability."
• In the scheme design phase, based on the customer's 10 cubic meter volume and chassis brand requirements, we matched an ISUZU 700P chassis with a 3815mm wheelbase. Based on this chassis layout, we designed the vehicle's spatial structure. According to the customer's requirements, we selected a hook-lift design for the lifting bucket flip mechanism, capable of holding two 240L garbage bins, or one 660L or 1100L garbage bin. Based on this, we determined the operation to be CAN-BUS one-button electronic control and manual operation. Specific locations include the cab and tailgate electronic control boxes, the driver's side manual control valve, and the positions of the power take-off, sewage tank, hydraulic oil tank, electrical control box, etc., along with the layout of the electronic and hydraulic wiring, combined with the garbage bin volume, chassis dimensions, and other design drawings.
• Throughout the design process, we considered the rationality and coordination of the vehicle's spatial layout, ease of operation, the feasibility of its compression function, and safety, aiming to maximize the vehicle's compression efficiency while ensuring environmental friendliness.
• In actual production, we selected T420 high-strength steel and an arc-shaped design for easier loading and unloading of garbage. Key components such as hydraulic cylinders, pumps, and multi-way valves were sourced from well-known brands. Intelligent cutting, welding, and assembly tooling were employed, and the technical and quality control departments conducted multiple tests on the final vehicle, ultimately resulting in our POWERSTAR ISUZU 700P compressed garbage truck.

★ Main Structural Design:
The garbage container has an arc-shaped body with a volume of 10 cbm, constructed from T420 high-strength steel plate. The bottom plate is 5mm thick, and the side plates are 4mm thick. It features Xiamen Yinhua hydraulic cylinders, Yangzhou Xinyun multi-way valves, Hefei Wanye hydraulic pumps, and a filling device lifting cylinder with a two-way balance valve. It adopts a CAN bus electronic control system (with one-button operation and manual operation modes, and an electronic throttle). The electronic control box is operable from inside the driver's cab and on the left side of the rear. A manual operation valve is located on the driver's side, and an emergency stop switch is installed on the right side of the filling device. The front and rear carbon steel wastewater tanks are also present. The rear of the vehicle has a tipping mechanism that can tip over 2 units 240L and one unit 660L or 1100L garbage bins. A work light is installed on the rear filling device.

★ Working Principle:
The tipping mechanism of the ISUZU NPR garbage compactor truck pours garbage into the garbage hopper inside the garbage container. The scraper opens, and the sliding plate moves the scraper downwards, collecting the garbage. As the scraper moves upwards with the sliding plate, it further presses the garbage into the container. This action is repeated. During the continuous compaction process, the push plate inside the container and the compression mechanism work together to compact the garbage. The compression mechanism repeatedly presses the garbage to a certain extent, and then the compression pusher moves forward, further compacting the garbage. When the loader can no longer press garbage into the container, it indicates that the container is full.
