The MORO PM80A vacuum pump is an Italian-made, air-cooled vane vacuum pump with a maximum displacement of approximately 424 CFM (approximately 12,000 L/min), a maximum positive pressure of 29 psi, and a speed of approximately 1100 rpm.
The MORO PM80A vacuum pump utilizes Kevlar vanes, Viton oil seals, and sealed bearings. Its low speed and simple structure make it low-maintenance, long-life, and stable. It is suitable for applications such as vacuum trucks, wastewater treatment, and industrial sewage suction.

●The MORO PM80A vacuum pump is constructed from high-strength cast iron, offering excellent wear resistance and heat dissipation. Its inlet and exhaust ports are optimized to effectively reduce noise and temperature rise.
●It utilizes radially rotating Kevlar vanes to generate vacuum and pressure, and features a direct-supply oil seal lubrication system to ensure smooth operation.
●The pump body features dedicated inspection ports for intuitive maintenance and inspection.
●The pump's integrated check valve and four-way valve ensure simple, safe, and reliable operation.
». Working Principle of the MORO PM80A Vacuum Pump
●Suction Phase: The motor drives the eccentric rotor on the pump shaft to rotate. Centrifugal force forces the vanes on the rotor against the inner wall of the pump chamber. As the vanes rotate with the rotor, the volume of one side of the pump chamber gradually increases, creating a partial vacuum. The gas in the container being pumped is then drawn into the pump chamber due to the pressure differential.
●Compression Phase: As the rotor continues to rotate, the volume of the pump chamber, which receives the gas, gradually decreases. The gas is compressed, and the pressure continues to rise.

●Exhaust Phase: When the pressure of the compressed gas exceeds atmospheric pressure, the exhaust valve on the pump body opens, and the high-pressure gas is discharged from the pump through the exhaust port.
●Reciprocating Cycle: The rotor continues to rotate at a constant speed, and the three processes of suction, compression, and exhaust are repeated continuously, gradually extracting the gas from the system being pumped, ultimately achieving the desired vacuum level.

The Moro PM80A vacuum pump, when installed on a sewage suction truck, serves as the core suction power source, suitable for waste removal operations in municipalities, residential communities, and industrial parks.
During operation, the truck docks at a septic tank, sewer, or pipe blockage. The vacuum pump connects to the waste container via a suction hose. Upon activation, it quickly establishes a high vacuum within the tank, leveraging the pressure differential to forcefully draw liquid or semi-solid waste, such as feces, sewage, and sludge, into the tank.
Its high pumping speed and stable vacuum level efficiently handle viscous waste, preventing pipe blockage. Its low vibration reduces vehicle shaking during operation, enhancing operational safety.
After the operation is completed, the vacuum pump also assists in pressurized discharge of waste from the tank, adapting to the requirements of various dumping sites and providing reliable power support for continuous and efficient waste removal by the suction truck.
