▶ Refrigerated truck body structure is sandwich structure: Fiberglass + PU + fiberglass. All the double surface sandwich polyurethane panel and door are 100mm thickness, the Fiberglass plate thickness is 2.5mm for the outer and inner skins; the polyurethane foam density is 45-50kg/m3. (All is the best material in China and have excellent insulation performance).

▶ The hardware (door frame, hinge, lock, handle) are made of 304 stainless steel, and wrap angle are aluminum alloy.

▶ Sandwich panel thickness can be changed according to customers’ requirements: 60mm, 80mm, and 100mm.
