1. Design, manufacturing, and inspection shall be carried out in accordance with GB18564.1-2019 "Road Transport of Liquid Dangerous Goods Tank Vehicles - Part 1: Technical Requirements for Metal Atmospheric Pressure Tanks".
2. The entire vehicle shall meet the requirements of GB36220-2018 "Safety Technical Conditions for Oil Tankers and Refueling Vehicles".
3. The overall vehicle performance shall comply with the provisions of GB7258-2017 "Safety Technical Conditions for Motor Vehicle Operation".
4. The side protection and rear underrun protection of the vehicle shall comply with the provisions of GB11567-2017 "Requirements for Side and Rear Underrun Protection of Automobiles and Trailers".
5. Water saturation test: Performed according to the requirements of 8.2 in GB18564.1-2019, with no leakage at the welded joints considered qualified.

7. Airtightness Test: Perform the test according to the requirements of 8.4 in GB18564.1-2019. Inspect all welded joints and connections; the test is considered qualified if there is no leakage.

The HOWO 23cbm Fuel Tanker Truck makes use of the power take off (PTO) to get power from the WEICHAI WD615.47 diesel engine and HW19710 manual transmission gearbox, and then transfer the power to the Gear Pump, the Gear Pump driving hydraulic oil to rotate the 80YHCB-60 fuel pump. The fuel pump, pipelines, valves, joints, refueling dispenser and 30m hose reel with gun consist of the pipeline system. Turn on / off valves through the regulated program, the pump can absorb fuel into the tank, also can pumping-out the fuel. As for the refueling machine and 30m hose reel, this can be used refueling all trucks through the special gun. And then come to all function.

 

Vehicle fuel dispenser consists of cladding, key components inside the dispenser and other components. Main components include meter, control board, pump, ex-junction box, electric control valve and tax-claimed calculator; other components include keypad, nozzle, display, etc. The introduction for HS`1812B with filter and with bypass valve are as follow:

HOWO Refueling Tank Truck Fuel Dispenser operating principle

Procedure for Fuel Dispenser and Refueling Hose Reel:

Open the nozzle, signal is sent to the tax-claimed calculator and open the electronic control valve. The external pump is running to suck the oil to the pump, and the hydraulic system is fully pressurized. The flow is calculated by the meter and then goes through the electric control valve, dispensed to the vehicle tank by nozzle. When dispensing, the encoder is activated to transmit the delivery into pulse signal for tax-claimed calculator. After processed, the delivery volume and amount is shown on the display. When transmission is completed switch off the nozzle. Signal is sent to close the valve and suction pump by tax-claimed calculator, and stop delivery.
