Tank pipeline material

Seamless steel pipes are connected to various components via flanges.

Tank outlet pipeline route

A DN150 tank outlet pipeline is installed, with water entering the fire pump through the tank body. A DN150 manual butterfly valve is installed, connecting the tank and fire pump via a DN150 flexible connector.

External water intake pipeline

At the rear of the fire pump, there is an external water inlet connected to the 150 suction pipe, with an internally hooked pipe thread connector.

The water outlet pipe route

→ Each side of the fire pump has one DN80 and DN65 atmospheric pressure outlets.

→ One DN80 cannon pipeline uses DN80 flexible joints and is controlled by DN80 cannonball valves.

Water injection pipelines

→ Two DN65 pipelines (external water injection) are distributed on both sides inside the pump room.

→ One DN65 tank water injection pipeline allows direct water injection into the tank via a fire pump;

Release surplus water to the pipeline

To protect the water pump and ball valves, a residual water release valve is installed at the lowest point of the pipeline.

Cooling water pipelines

To enable the power take-off to handle various complex situations during operation, it is equipped with cooling water pipelines and ball valves.

Safety Notice

1. When engaging the PTO pump, you must first press the clutch and pause for 3–5 seconds to ensure the input shaft speed drops below approximately 100 rpm; this allows the gears to mesh smoothly and prevents gear damage. 
2. Remove the top cover to add oil; fill until oil overflows from the level hole or reaches the midpoint of the dipstick scale. Periodically check the oil level. 
3. Use the same grade of lubricant for the PTO as used in the transmission, or use 85W/90 lubricant. 
4. For new vehicles, the first two oil changes should occur at three-month intervals; thereafter, change the oil based on vehicle usage, but at least once a year. 
5. When the temperature drops below 5°C, drain any residual water from the PTO cooling lines to prevent the cooling pipes from freezing and cracking, which could damage the PTO.

The front and rear equipment boxes are welded with aluminum alloy profiles; The outer panel is a fire-fighting red paint-free bonded structure.

Structure

The full aluminum alloy profile frame is welded, with one aluminum alloy rolling shutter door on each side of the front equipment cabinet, and one aluminum alloy rolling shutter door on each side of the rear left and right sides of the rear pump room. It is lightweight, reliable, and quiet, with an integrated anti-slip flipping pedal made of aluminum alloy profiles underneath.
