Project Background: 

Mr. Oilyad, a Nigerian customer, undertook a major sanitation project for the Lagos Municipal Government. The core requirement of the project was three 20CBM high-efficiency garbage compression trucks. As an industry-leading professional manufacturer, we have successfully won this valuable international order with our years of technical accumulation and excellent product quality.

Mr. Oilyad finally chose our company after in-depth research. After several rounds of technical communication and detailed negotiations, the customer deeply recognized our professional level and innovation ability in the field of garbage disposal vehicles. In December 2024, the two parties formally signed a procurement contract to customize three high-end compression garbage trucks based on the HOWO chassis with a capacity of 20CBM.

Faced with the tight delivery time, we quickly deployed production resources and gave full play to the advantages of lean manufacturing. In just one month, in mid-November, three HOWO rear-loading garbage trucks with excellent performance were completed. At present, this batch of high-standard sanitation equipment has safely arrived at the Port of Shanghai and is ready to set off for Nigeria to contribute to the urban environmental governance of Lagos.

This HOWO 20CBM garbage rear loader truck is a high-performance, large-tonnage urban sanitation equipment, with a 6*4 drive configuration, a total weight of 25 tons, and a rated load of 12.7 tons. It is equipped with a WP10.340 engine, outputting 340 horsepower, and the power system is equipped with turbocharging and intercooling technology. The howo heavy-duty chassis adopts a wheelbase design of 4600+1350mm, with a front axle load of 7 tons and a rear axle double axle load of 13 tons each, ensuring a strong load-bearing capacity.

The garbage compactor box has a volume of 20CBM and adopts an arc-shaped integral steel plate welding process. The bottom plate and side plates are both 4mm thick Q235 special steel, with a compression ratio of 1:3.4, and significant loading and unloading efficiency. The loading cycle time under full load does not exceed 40 seconds, and the unloading time does not exceed 45 seconds.
