1. Efficient compression capacity

The box volume is 10 CBM, the garbage compactor ratio can reach 4:1, and the single filling cycle is ≤25 seconds, which improves transportation efficiency and reduces the frequency of operations.

The hydraulic system uses a double-acting chrome-plated hydraulic cylinder, and the pressure resistance standard is 4 times the working pressure (170 bar). With a 30-80 cm³/rev hydraulic pump, the pressure is stable and there is no leakage. 

 

2. Intelligent control system

Integrated PLC automatic control, supports fully automatic, semi-automatic and manual operation modes, equipped with an emergency stop button and safety warning device, the circuit is independent of the truck system, and has high stability. 

Humanized cab design, simple hydraulic system operation, equipped with CAN bus control, reducing the driver's workload. 

3. Modular design and anti-corrosion coating

The Howo chassis has strong adaptability, and the box capacity can be adjusted according to needs (such as 8+1.5 cubic meters), and a 120L one-piece sewage tank can be optionally equipped to flexibly adapt to different scenarios. The upper body is sandblasted and rust-proofed, and multi-layered (2 layers of primer + 1 layer of topcoat, dry film thickness ≥ 60 microns), which significantly improves corrosion resistance and weather resistance.
