♦ Appearance Inspection: Check tank flatness, coating integrity, and weld quality; no wrinkles, paint peeling, or incomplete welds are allowed.

 

♦ Performance Testing: Vacuum system test (vacuum degree ≥ -0.09MPa, pressure holding for 20 minutes with no significant drop), hydraulic system test (smooth lifting without jamming, no leakage), unloading test (smooth unloading at 45°, no leakage).

 

♦ Sealing Test: Tank body pressure stabilized at 80kPa for 5 minutes with no leakage; suction and discharge system pressure held at 15kPa absolute pressure for 20 minutes, leakage rate <0.1%.
