Asphalt heating: burner (diesel/G20) heats the heat transfer oil → the heat transfer oil circulates in the coil in the tank → indirectly heats the asphalt to 160-180℃ (avoiding coking caused by direct fire heating).
Insulation maintenance: 50mm insulation layer + stainless steel shell → temperature drop ≤2℃/hour (no need for repeated heating during construction breaks).
Power source: chassis power take-off (PTO) → drive hydraulic pump → provide high-pressure hydraulic oil → drive asphalt pump (flow rate 680L/min).
Intelligent control: cab or rear console adjustment → nozzle solenoid valve independent switch/flow rate → achieve 0.3~3.5L/m² precise spraying.
