The Howo automatic bitumen distributor truck features a large-capacity insulated tank with a double-layer stainless steel structure and a high-density insulation material filling the middle, effectively reducing heat loss. A built-in thermal oil circulation heating system, using either a diesel burner or a gas heater, rapidly heats the asphalt, ensuring it remains fluid and avoiding construction interruptions. Temperature sensors and an intelligent control system within the tank monitor and automatically adjust heating power in real time, keeping temperature fluctuations within ±3°C and ensuring stable asphalt performance.

 

2. Precision Spraying and Multi-Mode Operation Capabilities

The vehicle's rear is equipped with a retractable spray boom (adjustable length from 2 to 6 meters) equipped with a high-pressure centrifugal pump and fan-shaped nozzle. The spray width and flow rate can be infinitely adjusted (0.3 to 3 L/m2) via the onboard computer to meet the requirements of different processes such as penetration coating, tack coating, and seal coating.
