The HOWO 18m aerial platform truck is a professional engineering special truck that integrates excellent technical performance and safety design. Built on the Howo light-duty chassis, the truck is equipped with a YN4102QBZL engine with a maximum output power of 116 HP and a total vehicle mass of 7300kg, which is flexible and powerful. The Howo light-duty aerial platform truck has a maximum working height of 18 meters and a maximum working radius of 6 meters, and adopts a hydraulic static balance system to ensure stability. Its unique H-type hydraulic outrigger design is equipped with a two-way hydraulic locking mechanism to ensure stability during operation. The Howo manlifter truck is also equipped with a manual and wireless remote control dual operating system, with a platform rated load of 200 kg, 360° hydraulic rotation, and built-in multiple safety protection devices, such as automatic out-of-bounds limit, emergency stop device and leakage protection.

Assembly precision management: The arm section matching clearance is less than 0.05mm/m, the straightness error is less than 1/2000, and the slewing bearing assembly clearance is controlled in the range of 0.03-0.08mm.

Surface treatment process: The composite coating system (hot spray zinc + polyurethane) is salt spray resistant >2000h, the key friction pair surface is laser cladding treated, and the hardness reaches HRC58-62.
