Howo 22m bucket lift truck

The HOWO 22m aerial platform truck is a specialized engineering truck that integrates superior technical performance and safety design. Built on the Howo all-drive chassis, the truck is equipped with an ISF3.8S3154 engine with a maximum output of 154 horsepower and a gross vehicle mass of 10,000 kg, providing flexible and powerful handling.The Howo light duty aerial platform truck has a maximum working height of 22 meters and a maximum operating radius of 12 meters.

It utilizes a hydraulic static balancing system to ensure stability. Its unique H-shaped hydraulic outrigger design with a bidirectional hydraulic locking mechanism ensures stability during operation. The Howo light manlift truck also features dual manual and wireless remote control systems. The platform has a rated load capacity of 200 kg, 360° hydraulic rotation, and multiple built-in safety features, including automatic out-of-bounds control, an emergency stop, and a leakage protection device.

1. Technical indicators of key subsystems

♦ Hydraulic power system：Use load-sensitive proportional valve group, pressure fluctuation is controlled within ±0.5MPa, dual pump confluence system needs to meet 0-100% flow stepless adjustment, minimum starting pressure ≤1.2MPa.

♦ Intelligent control system：The CAN bus architecture needs to meet ASIL-B safety level, equipped with millimeter wave radar + visual fusion anti-collision system, detection distance ≥15 meters.

♦ Emergency safety device：The response time of the dual redundant braking system is less than 100ms, the fall protection device needs to meet the EN12159 standard, and the stopping distance is less than 0.5 meters.

 

2. Advanced manufacturing process requirements

♦ Welding process control:  The arm welding adopts narrow gap submerged arc welding, and the weld flaw detection meet the highest standard of ISO 5817-B grade welds. The overall stress relief treatment after welding, the residual stress ≤15% of the material yield strength.

♦ Assembly precision management: The arm section matching clearance is less than 0.05mm/m, the straightness error is less than 1/2000, and the slewing bearing assembly clearance is controlled in the range of 0.03-0.08mm.

♦ Surface treatment process: The composite coating system (hot spray zinc + polyurethane) is salt spray resistant >2000h, the key friction pair surface is laser cladding treated, and the hardness reaches HRC58-62.
