Howo 4 cbm small cement mixer truck consists of a mixing drum, a feeding and discharging device, a water supply system and a hydraulic transmission system.

The main function of the mixing drum is to mix concrete. It is installed on the rear half of the vehicle frame and is mainly composed of a drum, a connecting flange, a raceway and mixing blades.

The concrete storage tank is made of high-quality wear-resistant thin steel plates. In order to be able to load and unload concrete automatically, its inner wall is welded with a special shape of spiral blades.

When the concrete storage tank rotates forward, the concrete can fill the tank and will not solidify quickly due to continuous stirring; when it rotates in the reverse direction, the concrete will be automatically discharged from the discharge port.

Howo concrete mixer truck structure:

●Mixer tank: The core component is cylindrical, pear-shaped, and equipped with spiral blades. The front end of the tank is connected to the frame through a reducer, and the rear end is supported by a supporting wheel to ensure smooth rotation. The mixer tank rotates continuously during transportation to prevent the concrete from segregating and solidifying.

●Hydraulic transmission system: It consists of a power take-off, a hydraulic pump, a hydraulic motor, and a reducer. The power take-off is used to obtain power from the engine to drive the hydraulic pump to generate hydraulic energy, which is then converted into mechanical energy by the hydraulic motor, and finally drives the mixer tank to rotate through the reducer.

●Feeding and discharging system: The feeding system includes a feed hopper and a bracket to facilitate the rapid loading of concrete into the tank; the discharging system consists of a main discharge trough, an auxiliary discharge trough, and a locking rod. The auxiliary discharge trough can extend the length of the main discharge trough to ensure smooth discharge of concrete.

●The cleaning system is equipped with a pressure water tank, water nozzle, and water pipes, using pneumatic water supply. It cleans the feed hopper, discharge hopper, and mixing tank after loading and unloading to prevent concrete from sticking and keep the equipment clean.

●The control system consists of a controller, linkage shaft, flexible shaft, and connecting rod mechanism. A joystick at the rear controls the forward and reverse rotation and speed of the mixing tank, enabling loading, unloading, and mixing.

●The roller system is located at the rear of the mixing tank, where it connects to the subframe. It supports the roller body and ensures stable and reliable rotation of the mixing tank.

●The subframe, consisting of the main beam, front support frame, and rear support frame, is the primary load-bearing component. Loads during operation are transferred to the chassis through the subframe, mitigating impact loads caused by road bumps and deceleration.

●The electrical system includes the vehicle's taillights, side marker lights, corridor lights, and cooling fan motor, ensuring electrical safety during driving and operation.
