The Howo Road Paving Machine is equipped with a YN4102QBZL turbocharged intercooled diesel engine (116 horsepower/88kW), with a maximum torque of 1260N·m@1100-1300r/min. It can burst out strong power at low speed, adapting to complex working conditions such as heavy-load climbing and frequent start-stop on construction sites, and has better fuel economy.
WLY6TS55C six-speed gearbox + Φ430 hydraulic clutch, smooth shifting, wear resistance, and reduced power loss. The ST16 two-stage reduction rear axle (speed ratio 5.73) is combined with a differential lock design to enhance traction and escape ability on complex roads such as muddy and ramps.
2. Precision Spraying and Operation Efficiency
Intelligent Spraying System: The Howo asphalt spreading truck has a spraying width of 4500mm and an error accuracy of ≤1.5%. It can accurately control the asphalt flow and coverage uniformity to ensure that the construction quality meets the standards of high-grade roads (such as highways and airport runways). It is suitable for a variety of materials such as hot asphalt, modified asphalt, and emulsified asphalt to meet the needs of different construction scenarios.
Independent Power Drive: The Howo asphalt paver spraying machine truck is equipped with a 4TE35A-39A auxiliary engine (26kW), which is specially designed to provide power for the hydraulic system and spraying device, realize the separation of the main vehicle driving and spraying operation, avoid overloading of the main engine, and improve continuous operation efficiency.
3. Long-term insulation and energy-saving design
Double-layer insulation tank technology: The 3000L asphalt tank adopts 80mm thick asbestos insulation layer + stainless steel frosted outer plate, and the temperature drop within 8 hours is ≤12℃, which greatly reduces the number of repeated heating of asphalt and reduces fuel consumption. The built-in wave-breaking plate design prevents asphalt from shaking and splashing during transportation, improving safety.
Rapid heating system: The Howo bitumen sprayer truck imported diesel burner has a heating efficiency of 12℃/hour, which shortens the construction preparation time and is especially suitable for low-temperature environment operations.
