The Isuzu 10000 liters truck mounted vacuum road sweeper is modified based on the new FTR GIGA 4X cab chassis. It boasts a wheelbase of 4500mm and is equipped with a powerful 4HK1-TC60 205HP diesel engine, matched with an MLD 6-speed transmission for smooth shifting. The vehicle is furnished with a 3-cubic-meter cleaning water tank and a 7-cubic-meter dustbin, complemented by a Dongfeng Cummins 77HP auxiliary motor, a renowned Chinese fan, a German PINFL PF36 high-pressure water pump, and a Hangzhou Weilong 60/90 low-pressure water pump. It integrates a sweeping system, a water spraying system, a hydraulic system, and a DC24V PLC electronic control system, enabling efficient and intelligent cleaning, and is suitable for large venues such as airports.

The operation process of the Isuzu 10-cubic-meter airport road sweeper mainly consists of three stages: sweeping, ending the sweeping, and unloading the waste. Here are the detailed steps:

★. Sweeping

1.   Startup Preparation:

◆ Turn on the power of the control box and adjust the control valve to the auxiliary valve position.

◆ Start the auxiliary engine and ensure it is running properly.

2.   Start the Sweeping Equipment:

◆ Set the auxiliary engine clutch control button to the "engaged" position to start the fan.

◆ Point the dust collection box control button to the "lower" position to prepare for dust collection.

◆ Operate the left or right sweeping disk control button separately, pointing it to the "lower" position to start sweeping.

◆ Adjust the left or right sweeping rotation control button, with the left disk rotating clockwise and the right disk rotating counterclockwise, to ensure sweeping coverage.

3.   Water Spraying for Wetting:

◆ Turn on the left, right, and rear water spray control buttons to provide appropriate wetting during the sweeping process.

4.   Start the Water Pump:

◆ Point the water pump control button to the "on" position to provide water for sweeping.

5.   Commence Sweeping:

◆ Drive the vehicle at an appropriate speed to start the sweeping action.

★. Ending the Sweeping

1.   Stop Driving:

◆ Stop the vehicle and turn off the water pump and water spray control buttons.

2.   Stop the Sweeping Equipment:

◆ Point the broom control button to the center position to stop the sweeping disks.

◆ Lift and then reset the sweeping disk control buttons, and do the same for the dust collection box control.

3.   Shut Down the Power System:

◆ First disengage and then reset the auxiliary engine clutch control button, and then return it to the center position.

◆ Adjust the control valve control key back to the center to ensure the system is shut down.

◆ Turn off the auxiliary engine to complete the power system switch.

4.   Turn Off the Power:

Turn off the power of the control box.

★. Waste Unloading

1.   Restart the Power and Adjust the Control Valve:

◆ Restart the control box power and set the control valve to the main valve position.

• 2.   Start the Main Engine:

◆ Start the vehicle's main engine to prepare for unloading.

3.   Prepare for Unloading:

◆ Press the vehicle's clutch to enter the preparation state.

◆ Turn on the additional oil pump clutch switch (pull outward) to prepare for operation.

4.   Open the Rear Door and Lift the Compartment:

◆ Slowly release the clutch to prepare for waste unloading.

◆ Control the rear door control button, first open and then reset (there may be a time requirement depending on the model, such as pointing to the center position after 5 seconds), to ensure the compartment is lifted.

5.   Unload the Waste:

◆ Operate the compartment control button to lift it to the appropriate position and unload the waste.

• 6.   Reset and Close:

◆ After unloading, point the compartment control button to the "lower" position, and once the compartment is fully returned, point it to the center position.

◆ Point the rear door control key to the "close" position (there may be a time requirement, such as pointing to the center position after 10 seconds).

◆ The waste clearing work is completed.

7.   Turn Off the Oil Pump Clutch and Control Valve:

◆ Turn off the additional oil pump clutch control button (push inward).

◆ Release the vehicle's clutch at an appropriate speed.

◆ Point the control valve of the control box to the center position.

8.   Final Shutdown:

◆ Turn off the control box power to complete the entire operation process.
