3. Precision manufacturing and assembly process

Chassis reinforcement: CEEC factory professionally strengthens the Isuzu GIGA chassis frame in the crane installation area (such as adding sub-beams and reinforcement plates) to ensure structural strength and fatigue life under maximum lifting load and driving load. The welding process must meet high standards and undergo non-destructive testing (NDT).

Crane installation: Use high-strength bolts and tighten them according to the specified preload torque to ensure a stable and reliable connection between the crane and the Isuzu GIGA chassis. The installation surface must ensure flatness and rigidity to prevent stress concentration.

Hydraulic system assembly: Arrange the hydraulic pipelines reasonably, neatly, stably and reliably to avoid interference and wear. The joint connection must be standardized to ensure no leakage.
