After visited our factory, specially fire engine production line, our Engineers team and Mr Roland with his team discussed every details of requirement in the meeting room. Finally signed the sales Contract directly during the meeting, confirmed purchasing totally 4 units Howo 6x4 fire trucks, HOWO HW76 model 10 wheeler classical truck chassis, left hand drive model for Africa Nigeria market, equipped with WEICHAI WP10.380E22 model 6 cylinder diesel engine with 380HP and 9726cc emission. HOWO HW19710 model 10 shift manual gearbox for convenient driving feeling. Customized super design fire fighting truck body kit, matched with water tanker 8000Liters, foam tanker 2000Liters and dry powder tanker 1000L, details as below:

Water Tanker: 8000L designed capacity, square type with baffle inside, based on carbon steel material, anticorrion painting for whole tank.

Foam Tanker: 2000L designed capacity, square type with baffle inside, based on stainless steel material.

Dry powder Tanker: 1000L designed capacity, stronger round tanker, durable and long life service.

After 2 months production and factory testing, finally on October 8th all 4 units HOWO water foam dry powder fire fighting trucks well produced and ready for shipment. All 4 units HOWO fire engine with doing factory testing for almost one week, detailed tested fire pump system, including self priming and suction process, also the fire pump and fire monitor jetting process, tested the all necessary fire rescue equipment, guarantee fire tools are reliable and durable for daily fire fighting requirement.

HOWO fire trucks is designed based on Nigeria customer requirement, build with tanker body for 8000L water, 2000L foam and 1000L dry powder, top one Chinese brand WEICHAI diesel engine WP10.380E22 matched working with HW19710 manual gearbox, efficiently reduce fuel consumption by optimizing the engine combustion system and lightweight design. Low maintenance cost for the engine and gearbox, which have high reliability and reduce the failure rate. The HW76 classical single cabin is modify by CEEC TRUCKS as double row cabin with 4 doors, and the cab adopts an integral steel frame structure, which complies with strict CE/CCC/SGS safety regulations, and rear seats are SCBA type suitable for air apparatus storage; the HOWO truck chassis is equipped with a reinforced steering axle and multi-leaf spring suspension to adapt to heavy-duty scenarios such as sand and gravel transportation, all based on Germany MAN technology.

1. Modify double cabin with 2+4 seats and rear part are SCBA seats.

2. Customized to build 8000L water tanker, 2000L foam tanker and 1000L dry powder tanker.

3. Mounted tanker assembly on HOWO chassis, welding the structure.

4. Do final red painting with R03 or R3000 model.

5. Installed with Aluminum alloy plate for decoration, and make all necessary rescue equipment at suitable position.
