Production of 20 CBM fuel tanker truck ? ( Part 3- Final assembling )

Final assembling for the fuel tanker truck upper body.

After one week hard work on the 20,000 liters fuel tanker trucks, currently the beiben fuel truck is near finish.

All the components are already mounted on the truck chassis, to make good performance on the fuel tanker, our workers will take full inspect on the every corner of the oil trucks,to some needful welding and furnishing on the oil tanker surface.

1, Oil tanker protecter installation .

2,  Oil gear Pump inspection

Workers already inspect the oil pump piple system, in spite of the gear pump is china famous brand, we will still recheck the whole pipe connnection, coupling system, flow meter system.

3, Excellent tanker performance, reinforced truck frame.

Concerned to the tough road situation in africa, we design and produce the dust protector in off road type. Besides that, the pipe storage system material thickenss is almost 4 mm, this greatly increase the working assurance.

In the nomal transportation, worker can even stand on the both sides of the pipe tank. It is strong enough to payload 300 kgs.
