The trash bin of Shacman rear loader compactor truck is made of high-strength weather-resistant steel plate, and the side plate is made of one-piece forming process, with arc shape, firm structure, beautiful appearance, light weight, good force bearing and large loading capacity. The dozer is composed of rectangular tube frame and high-strength weather-resistant plate, and the streamlined push surface is not only light in structure, but also allows smooth loading and clean unloading.

The joint surface between the garbage bin and the filler is equipped with a special rubber sealing strip, and a hydraulic locking device is used to compress the seal for good sealing performance; the lower part is designed with a special structure of the water receiving trough, double protection, effectively prevent sewage dripping, and eliminate secondary pollution.

The whole vehicle adopts electro-hydraulic control valve and PLC programmable control system, which comprehensively utilizes the advantages of electric control and hydraulic control. Through electric-hydraulic joint control, it effectively solves the interface problem between the hydraulic system and the electrical system and improves the reliability of use.

When the Shacman garbage disposal truck is operating, the engine power output is automatically controlled by the electronic throttle controller to ensure that the engine can automatically select acceleration and idling states in each operating state of the garbage truck, avoiding power loss and system heating, reducing fuel consumption and improving economy.

It adopts imported electro-hydraulic multi-way valve and PLC programmable controller integrated control, and uses a logic circuit to ensure that each operation instruction is executed in sequence, reducing the failure rate, avoiding accidents caused by misoperation, and improving reliability. An emergency stop button is set to stop the garbage compacting operation device in any state or any position to ensure the safety of operators and equipment.
