Sierra Leone customer customized one ISUZU NPR truck mounted crane

In June 2024, CEEC, a well-known Chinese special vehicle manufacturer and exporter, successfully exported an ISUZU boom crane truck modified based on the Isuzu NPR chassis to Sierra Leone. The successful implementation of this project not only demonstrates CEEC's profound experience in the field of special vehicle manufacturing but also showcases its outstanding ability to meet customers' specific needs.

Sierra Leone, a country located in West Africa, has made significant progress in infrastructure development and economic growth in recent years. However, with the increasing number of construction projects, the demand for efficient and multifunctional engineering vehicles has become more urgent. This time, a large construction company in Sierra Leone proposed a procurement demand to CEEC for a high-performance ISUZU truck-mounted crane, requiring the vehicle to possess powerful lifting capabilities, adapt to complex and changing construction environments, and meet specific high-altitude operation needs.

In response to the customer's specific requirements, CEEC meticulously crafted this ISUZU crane truck based on the Isuzu NPR chassis. Renowned for its robustness, durability, and flexible handling, the chassis provides a stable load-bearing foundation with a GVW (Gross Vehicle Weight) of 11,000kg. In terms of power, it is equipped with the ISUZU 4HK1-TCG61 190HP engine, which stands out among similar products due to its low fuel consumption, high torque output, and excellent reliability, ensuring the truck-mounted crane's strong power performance under various working conditions.

Regarding the transmission system, the ISUZU NPR truck-mounted crane is equipped with an MLD six-speed manual transmission, which provides smooth shifting and easy operation, allowing drivers to effortlessly handle different work scenarios. Most notably, the truck-mounted crane is fitted with a XCMG telescopic boom crane. This crane boasts impressive lifting capabilities and operational efficiency, with a maximum lifting capacity of 5 tons, fulfilling various lifting requirements. Additionally, the straight-arm structure enables the crane to reach the desired working height and radius in a shorter time, significantly enhancing operational efficiency.

Apart from its standard lifting functions, CEEC has also installed a high-altitude work basket on this ISUZU crane truck according to the customer's special requirements. This innovative design allows the vehicle to not only perform heavy lifting but also carry out high-altitude operations such as equipment maintenance and exterior wall construction, greatly improving work efficiency and operational safety.
