1. Chassis design and load-bearing capacity

Application of high-strength steel: The Isuzu NPR chassis adopts high-strength alloy steel and box-section design to improve torsional rigidity and load-bearing capacity, and can withstand dynamic loads in the crane operation (such as impact during lifting and rotation). 

Optimized axle load distribution: The structure of the Isuzu chassis has been verified by engineering to ensure reasonable distribution of front and rear axle loads, avoiding unbalanced control due to center of gravity shift after modification, and is particularly suitable for stability requirements after installing the boom.

Low center of gravity design: The crane operation needs to take into account both driving and lifting. The low center of gravity layout of the Isuzu NPR truck reduces the risk of rollover and improves safety under complex road conditions.

3. Structural strength and stability

The boom is made of high-strength steel with excellent bending and torsion resistance, which reduces its own weight while improving its carrying capacity. The H-shaped outriggers are horizontally unfolded and the width is adjustable. The larger the support area, the stronger the anti-overturning ability. The multi-pump confluence technology enables the boom to move synchronously and smoothly, without jamming or shaking, in telescopic, slewing and amplitude adjustment. The hydraulic oil tank is equipped with an independent radiator to ensure that the oil temperature is ≤65℃ after continuous operation (such as 8 hours) to avoid efficiency loss due to overheating. Key valve groups (such as balancing valves and overflow valves) use high-quality domestic and foreign brands to reduce the risk of internal leakage. The surface of the boom is sandblasted + epoxy zinc-rich primer + polyurethane topcoat to adapt to salt spray and humid environments (such as coastal areas).
