1. Features of HOWO 6X4 straight arm crane truck：

●Balance of lifting capacity and span: The maximum lifting capacity is 12 tons, which can meet the lifting needs of medium-sized goods such as construction steel and prefabricated components; under the straight arm design, the operating radius can reach 16m, and the maximum lifting height is 17.8m, taking into account both short-range precision lifting and long-range coverage capabilities.

●Collaborative optimization of chassis and boom: It adopts a high-strength Sinotruk engineering vehicle chassis, matched with a four-section straight arm, and the arm body is welded with high-strength steel plates, which reduces the deadweight while improving the bending resistance; the hydraulic system adopts dual-pump confluence technology to achieve the composite action of boom extension, rotation, and lifting, and improves work efficiency.

●Safety and intelligent operation: Equipped with multiple safety systems such as torque limiter, overload alarm device, height limiter, etc., to monitor the hoisting status in real time. 2. Working principle of Howo telescopic crane truck

● Power conversion: The vehicle engine drives the gear pump through the power take-off to convert mechanical energy into high-pressure oil to provide power source for the system.

● Boom telescopic control: The hydraulic cylinder pushes the multi-section boom to unfold section by section, and the synchronous wire rope traction ensures the synchronization of the boom; the basic section boom is extended first, and then the subsequent sections are unfolded step by step to improve the telescopic efficiency.

● Lifting and rotation of heavy objects: The hydraulic motor drives the drum to rotate, and the heavy objects are lifted and lowered vertically through the wire rope and pulley group. The lifting speed can be adjusted by the multi-way valve; the slewing mechanism adopts a planetary gear reducer to achieve 360-degree continuous rotation, and the hydraulic brake ensures the rotation positioning accuracy.
