●Vacuum Suction Principle: The HOWO 4x2 vacuum suction truck uses a vacuum pump to rapidly evacuate the air inside the tank, creating a negative pressure environment (pressure differential can reach over -0.08 MPa). When the pressure inside the tank drops below the external atmospheric pressure, the pressure differential forces sewage, sludge, and solid debris into the tank through the suction pipe.

The suction pipe can be equipped with various nozzles or filters to meet the suction needs of various applications, such as pipelines and septic tanks. The HOWO vacuum suction truck also features an overflow valve that automatically closes the air inlet when the tank liquid level approaches the upper limit, preventing sewage backflow and damage to the vacuum pump.

●Hydraulic discharge principle: During discharge, the hydraulic lifting system at the rear of the tank is activated, tilting the tank to an angle of more than 45° via the oil cylinder. Gravity forces the waste to gather at the rear of the tank. Simultaneously, the hydraulic valve at the drain port at the bottom of the tank opens, allowing waste to be rapidly discharged under the combined effects of its own weight and residual pressure within the tank.
