Feature:

Tank design Use corrosion-resistant materials (such as stainless steel, carbon steel + anti-corrosion coating) to avoid long-term contact with corrosive media and damage to the tank. Inner wall treatment, spray epoxy resin or polyurethane coating, thickness ≥ 200μm, acid and alkali corrosion resistance. External wall treatment, sandblasting and rust removal, spray anti-rust primer + polyurethane topcoat, suitable for complex outdoor environments.

The sealing level must meet the standard, and the tank body welding must use argon arc welding or laser welding to ensure that the weld is uniform and free of pores. Annealing treatment is required after welding to eliminate welding stress and avoid deformation and cracking. For tank body welding, the weld must pass flaw detection (such as X-ray or ultrasonic testing). Wave-breaking plates (bulkheads) are installed to reduce the impact of liquid sloshing on the stability of the Howo sewage tank truck and improve transportation safety.

The vacuum level and flow rate must reach above 0.08MPa, and the suction range must be no less than 5 meters to ensure efficient suction and discharge. Anti-clogging design, equipped with filtering device or crushing system to prevent debris from clogging the pipeline. The pipeline is pressure-resistant and corrosion-resistant, using 304 stainless steel or high-density polyethylene (HDPE) pipeline, and the interface sealing must meet the Chinese protection level. Quick-opening and closing valves reduce operation time and prevent leakage. The tank body must pass a water pressure test of 1.5 times the working pressure to ensure no leakage, and equipped with an anti-overflow alarm device to automatically cut off the power supply of the vacuum pump when the liquid level in the tank is too high.
