★. Technical parameters of chassis system

This model adopts the modified chassis platform of HOWO HW76 series heavy trucks, equipped with a half-row cab structure, and the total wheelbase adopts an optimized design of 4600mm+1400mm. The power system is equipped with Weichai WP10.380E22 turbocharged diesel engine, with a displacement of 9.726L, a rated power of 380 horsepower (279kW), a peak torque of 1600N·m@1500-1800rpm, and meets the Euro II emission standards. The transmission system is matched with the HW19710 10-speed manual transmission, with a first gear ratio of 12.1 and a highest gear ratio of 0.78, and a 4.8-speed ratio drive axle to form a golden power chain combination.

★. Technical features of the upper system

1. Cargo box system:

It adopts a standard size 7650mm×2400mm×600mm steel cargo box, with a bottom plate thickness of 8mm and a side plate thickness of 5mm. A 1.2m toolbox is set at the front of the cargo box, equipped with a hydraulic outrigger operating compartment.

 

2. Lifting system:

Equipped with XCMG SQS200-4 straight-arm crane, with a maximum working radius of 11.8m, a maximum lifting height of 13.5m, and a maximum lifting weight of 8 tons. It adopts a four-section hexagonal boom structure, a single-cylinder rope row telescopic system, and is equipped with a main lifting wire rope. The hydraulic system has a working pressure of 27MPa, is equipped with a 55L/min gear pump, and is standardly equipped with double hydraulic operating stations (one on each side).

★. Hydraulic control system

1. Outrigger system:

Equipped with front H-type hydraulic outriggers, with a horizontal span of 5.2m and a longitudinal span of 4.8m. The diameter of a single outrigger cylinder is 100mm, the stroke is 800mm, and it is equipped with a mechanical vertical outrigger and horizontal outrigger interlocking device. The outrigger control valve adopts an electromagnetic reversing valve, and the operating force is ≤50N.

2. Crane operating system:

Using load-sensitive proportional control system, the main valve is a six-valve group with a control accuracy of ±0.5%. Both left and right operating tables are equipped with:

- Main winch control handle (with mechanical self-locking function)

- Boom control handle (proportional)

- Slewing control handle (with buffer valve)

- Telescopic arm control switch (inching type)

★. Safety protection system

1. Torque limiting system:

Equipped with intelligent torque limiter, real-time display of load rate, working range and other parameters, automatically cut off dangerous direction action when overloaded. The system accuracy reaches ±3%.

 

2. Structural safety design:

The crane turntable adopts ZG270-500 cast steel parts, and the slewing bearing adopts 01.40.1120.022 three-row roller bearings. A double hydraulic locking valve group is set to prevent falling accidents when the oil pipe bursts.

• Infrastructure projects: hoisting tower crane standard sections, bridge steel box girders (single piece weight ≤ 8 tons), and transporting bulk materials such as steel bars and formwork in containers;

• Logistics transshipment: auxiliary loading and unloading of port containers, and disassembly and assembly of heavy equipment in logistics parks;

• Emergency rescue: can be quickly switched to a rescue crane to handle tasks such as lifting accident vehicles and transferring equipment in disaster areas.
