►Loading mechanism:

No-load cycle time ≤35 seconds, accurate positioning of the garbage bin, and no residue when dumping garbage.

It can be started and stopped at any position under load conditions, and it runs smoothly without jamming.

 

►Compactor mechanism:

Cycle time ≤30 seconds, no shaking or abnormal noise during compression, and no permanent deformation of the mechanism.

Passed 12,000 compression cycle tests to ensure long-term stable operation.

►Unloading mechanism:

The unloading cycle is completed within 60 seconds, and there is no residue in the garbage bin.

The unloading door is reliably locked, and there is no risk of opening it automatically during driving. 

 

►Zero leakage of sewage:

The garbage bin is filled with 30-50mm of water and there is no leakage after standing for 60 minutes.

Anti-corrosion treatment: The inner wall of the box is made of anti-corrosion material to extend the service life. 

►Hydraulic system

No leakage verification: No oil leakage in hydraulic pipelines and joints under rated pressure.

Cleanliness control: The solid contamination of hydraulic oil meets the standard limit to ensure long-term operation of the system.

12,000 cycles for the feeding and compression mechanisms and 1,000 cycles for the unloading mechanism to simulate a high-intensity working environment.

⇒ Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Topology Optimization:

CEEC Trucks Group simulates the entire process of waste compression and unloading, accurately identifying areas of concentrated stress.

Based on this, topology optimization is performed to achieve light weighting while maintaining strength. 

 

 

⇒ High-Strength Steel Plates and Wear-Resistant Materials:

High-strength wear-resistant steel plate T420 is used in key load-bearing areas, with a Brinell hardness (HB) of 400 or higher.

The main body plates should be made of high-strength weather-resistant steel or galvanized steel, and the design avoids areas prone to water accumulation. 

 

 

⇒ Welding Process and Corrosion Protection:

Welding must be automated using robotic welding to ensure weld penetration, strength, and consistency.

Key load-bearing welds require non-destructive testing (e.g magnetic particle or ultrasonic testing).
