Howo TX heavy 6000L foam fire truck

The 6CBM fire water truck is built on the sturdy Howo TX double cabin chassis. It combines excellent power and environmentally friendly emissions. High engine power WP.10.340E32, it can challenge all kinds of difficult roads. It’s equipped with a 4000L large capacity water tank and a professional fire pump. It has a long spray distance and a control panel language that can be selected. At the same time, it provides a variety of optional configurations to meet different needs.

The Howo fire fighting truck with independent cabin provides enough space and quality to load firefighting equipment. The independent cabin can accommodate 5 firefighters and is equipped with heating and cooling air conditioning to ensure that the driver can stay comfortable in any weather conditions.

Tank System: The front part is the equipment room, where various firefighting equipment (such as fire hoses, fire extinguishers, fire axes, wrenches, hammers, picks, etc.) are stored for easy access. In the middle, there is a 9-cubic-meter carbon steel water tank and a 3-cubic-meter foam tank, both equipped with manholes on top.

♦ With the self-circulating antifreeze system (-30℃ working condition), it can support continuous spraying time of up to 300 seconds (single water source mode).

♦ Standard CB10/40 mid-mounted centrifugal pump (40L/s@1.0MPa), optional Hale HPX or Rosenbauer NH30 pump group (flow rate increased to 40L/s).

♦ Water cannon range of 55m (DC)/48m (spray), foam mixing ratio 3%-6% adjustable, to achieve rapid suppression of Class A/B fires. 

Howo foam fire trucks, through their combined effects of physically isolating oxygen, suppressing steam, and cooling to prevent reignition, have become a "trump card" for dealing with liquid fires and industrial fires.

♦ Foam effectively covers liquid surfaces, forming an insulating layer that blocks oxygen supply and rapidly suppresses oils, solvents, and chemical raw materials.

♦ For fires involving polar solvents (such as alcohol and acetone), alcohol-resistant foam can be used to prevent the foam layer from being destroyed.

♦ Foam can spread over a large area, rapidly covering the ignition source, making it suitable for three-dimensional fires (such as warehouse shelves and aircraft fuselages) and flowing fires.

1. Chassis Performance:

Engine and Powertrain The Howo TX chassis is equipped with an WP10.340E32 diesel engine, delivering a maximum power of 340 HP  and a torque of 1230 N·m.

Equipped with heavy-duty 295/80R22.5 tires, it offers a minimum turning radius of ≤12 meters and a wading depth of ≥800 mm, making it suitable for complex terrain and adverse weather conditions.

2.Structural design：

The chassis adopts a high-strength carbon steel frame, anti-twisting box structure, and the external rolling door design facilitates quick access to rescue tools.

The interior is equipped with adjustable aluminum alloy storage racks and rotating trailers to optimize space utilization.
