The CEEC518203XSC sweeper truck, equipped with a HOWO TX chassis, consists of a body assembly, frame platform, sweeping and washing device, vacuum device, power system, high-pressure water system, low-pressure water system, sprinkler system, hydraulic system, electrical system, and air system. ♦ The clean water tanks are independently located in front of the power system, reducing the impact of power system noise and electromagnetic radiation on the cab.

♦ High-flow-rate, high-pressure nozzles are installed inside the garbage bin for rapid rinsing and self-cleaning.

♦ Collision-Avoidance Design: The left and right sweeping discs and spray bar structure have automatic obstacle avoidance protection and reset functions, enabling automatic avoidance of sturdy obstacles.

♦ High Wear-Resistant Brushes: By adjusting the proportions of polypropylene, polyethylene raw materials, inorganic fillers, and their additives, a bristle formula with excellent friction and wear resistance was designed and developed.

♦ The dust collection device is located in rear of the rear axle of the vehicle, employing a floating suction nozzle + dual air duct structure.

♦ It has a wide suction width and integrates a high-pressure water spray bar internally, with left and right water spray bars on both sides.

♦ Through optimized airflow and structure within the suction nozzle, suction capacity is enhanced, resulting in strong suction and a cleaning efficiency of 98%.

Centrifugal Fan: 

♦ Utilizing a self-developed high-pressure centrifugal fan, the maximum airflow reaches 12000 m³/h. 

♦ The fan boasts high total pressure and high efficiency, increasing mechanical efficiency by over 15% and air pressure by 25%.

♦ The blades are made of special steel, and their unique blade shape makes them extremely resistant to wear.
