overall layout

The front and two sides of the middle of the body   are storage compartments. It is exposed type independent water tank in the   middle position of the central compartment. The back of the body is pump   compartment.

The aluminum   alloy shutters are installed at both sides of the body and the back of the   pump compartment, the ladders are installed on the back of the body at the   right side.

Technological requirements

All welding panels and skeleton steels   are through strict process of anti-rust, anti-corrosion and phosphating   pickling. All the accessories、standard components are processed of galvanization、electroplate、Decrement treatments and so on. After   completing welding of the tank, the tank will be clear up and removed possible   defects such as empty solder. And then it will be through 24-hour hydrostatic   test to assure no leakage.

Material

The outer frame of the body are all high   quality Q235A, the inner frame use high strength aluminum alloy, the bottom   panel adopt aluminum panels with anodic oxidation treatment.

The doors are aluminum alloy structure with locks which are good sealing   and dustproof.

The main power

The vehicle   battery is installed battery main switch.

1. Finish: The overall appearance is   sprayed with fire-fighting red (R03) baking paint, consistent with the   chassis.

2. Color: The cab   and truck body are fire-fighting red, the interior of the equipment room is   light gray, the aluminum color of the aluminum rolling door, the chassis   frame and the wheel hub are phosphate black bottom, the rim is silver,   fenders, fenders, and bumpers It is dark gray.

3. 3M reflective   marking strips are added; 3M reflective marking strips are added around the   body and pedals;

4. The color   standard of the paint film meets the requirements of R03 red in the national   standard GB/T3181.

The frame of equipment frame is used   aluminum alloy material with inner-connecting technique to

improve space utilization efficiency and   changeability.
