The ISUZU GIGA garbage trash compactor truck adopts an advanced 12 front and 1 rear gearbox, combined with a 6*4 drive form to ensure stability and efficiency in complex road conditions. The 20CBM curved tank body is made of Q235 special steel, with a tank body thickness of 4mm and an overall molding process. The compression ratio is as high as 1:3.4, ensuring the ultimate garbage compression efficiency. The fully automatic hydraulic control system has a single loading and unloading cycle time as short as 40-45 seconds, and is equipped with PLC intelligent control, which is easy and fast to operate. In manual mode, the operator can use the operating lever and electric control buttons to complete operations such as compression and unloading of the garbage compartment.

Powertrain system:
ISUZU GIGA rear loader truck equipped with ISUZU 6UZ1-TCG61 inline six-cylinder diesel engine, high-pressure common rail fuel injection system, variable-section turbocharging (VGT) and intercooling technology, it achieves a maximum power output of 380PS/1800rpm and a continuous output of 1500N·m peak torque in the range of 900-1400rpm. This power configuration is specially optimized for the frequent start-stop conditions of garbage trucks, and the low-speed and high-torque characteristics significantly improve the starting and acceleration performance.

Chassis transmission system:
——Drive architecture: Adopting 6×4 all-wheel drive layout, the front axle load is 7.5 tons, the rear double drive axle load is 18 tons (13 tons + 5 tons thrust structure), with 8.25R20 all-steel radial tires, the minimum turning radius is ≤10m, taking into account both heavy-load passability and urban lane mobility.
——Speed transmission system: Matched with ZF 16S221 OD overdrive gearbox, 12 forward gears + 2 crawler gears + 1 reverse gear, with direct connection design between power take-off and hydraulic pump, to achieve dual-mode power distribution for driving and operation. PTO output power reaches 180kW, ensuring that the vehicle can still move when the hydraulic system is running at full load.

Grabage tank structure:
The three-dimensional parametrically designed arc tank body is laser welded with Q235B high-strength alloy steel, and the longitudinal reinforcement rib spacing is ≤400mm. It can withstand 0.35MPa working pressure after finite element analysis (FEA). The volume utilization coefficient reaches 0.92, which increases the effective loading capacity by 15% compared with traditional square tanks.

Compactor mechanism:
The two-stage piston compactor system is equipped with a φ180mm×3200mm main cylinder, and the compression plate is made of 16MnCr5 carburized steel with a surface hardness of HRC58-62. Dynamic compression force adjustment (adjustable from 50 to 120 kN) is achieved through a pressure compensation valve, and the unit volume garbage density can reach 800 kg/m³ when the compactor ratio is 1:3.4.

Hydraulic control system:
——Intelligent control unit: The CAN bus architecture integrates the Rexroth A4VG electronically controlled axial piston pump and proportional reversing valve, and is equipped with a Siemens S7-1200 PLC controller to achieve closed-loop control of the dozer motion trajectory (repeat positioning accuracy ±2 mm). 8 preset operating modes can be switched with one button through the 7-inch HMI touch screen.
——Energy efficiency management: The original load-sensitive hydraulic system (LS system) enables the pump flow to be distributed on demand, saving 30% energy compared to traditional quantitative systems. The measured single-cycle (compression + unloading) energy consumption is ≤1.2L diesel, which is 18% lower than similar products.
