The Isuzu ELF cargo truck with 3tons crane is a powerful and well-designed truck. It is equipped with Isuzu brand diesel engine with a strong power of 190HP, which can meet various work needs. The cab can accommodate three people and is equipped with heating and cooling air conditioning, providing the driver with a comfortable driving environment. The upper part of the Isuzu NPR cargo is equipped with a telescopic boom crane with a maximum lifting capacity of 3tons and a full 360° rotation. The crane weight is 1196kg and the installation space is 1050mm. The control panel can be selected in English or other languages to facilitate users with different needs. Maintenance points:

1. Mechanical structure maintenance

Lubrication management: Regularly lubricate key parts such as slewing mechanism, telescopic arm guide rail, wire rope, pulley block, bearing, using grease or lubricating oil of specified grade. 

Wear inspection: Check the wear, cracks or deformation of the boom, outrigger, hook, wire rope, and replace the seriously worn parts in time.

Bolt tightening: Regularly check whether the connecting bolts (such as outrigger fixing bolts and boom hinge bolts) are loose to prevent them from falling off due to vibration.

2. Hydraulic system maintenance

Oil management: Regularly replace hydraulic oil (usually every 500-1000 hours or as required by the manufacturer) to ensure the cleanliness of the oil and prevent particles from clogging the valve group. 

Seal inspection: Check whether the hydraulic cylinder and pipe joints are leaking, and replace aging or damaged seals.

Filter replacement: Regularly clean or replace the hydraulic oil filter to prevent impurities from entering the system.

3. Electrical system maintenance

Line inspection: Check whether the control line, sensor, and limit switch are aging or in poor contact to prevent misoperation or failure. 

Battery maintenance: Clean the electrode head and charge regularly to avoid battery damage caused by long-term power loss.

Instrument calibration: Check the accuracy of instruments such as torque limiters and pressure gauges to ensure that the safety warning function is normal.

 

4. Chassis and power system

Engine maintenance: Replace the engine oil and filter according to the vehicle maintenance cycle, and check the coolant and belt tension. 

Transmission system: Check the lubrication and wear of the gearbox, drive shaft, and drive axle.

Tires and outriggers: Keep the tire pressure normal and check whether the outrigger support pad is deformed or cracked. 

 

5. Safety device inspection

Limiting device: Test whether the boom angle limit and lifting height limit are sensitive. 

Overload protection: Verify the function of the torque limiter to ensure automatic cut-off operation when overloaded.

Emergency system: Check whether the manual emergency descent device is reliable.
