How to make 20 CBM fuel truck in china ?

Today we have an order from china baotou beiben heavy duty trucks. This order is all based on beiben 6*4 drive 2530 truck chassis.  The africa customer prefer beiben truck brand, rather than other chinese brand.

To prepare for the production scheduel for these beiben fuel tanker trucks, our plant arrange 2 experienced engineer for this special fuel truck order. in terms of analyse requirement of customer and africa local situation, we decides to give some change on the common design and production.

Let us have a view of the process of fuel truck production :

1, Ellipse tanke and Square pipe . Perfect combination

China famous qualified Q-235A carbon steel, with sufficient strength for a good fuel tanker truck body. With high experienced worker, we have great advantage on the rolling, welding for the tanker. This is critical step.

2, Genuine  oil gear pump, 100% quality ensurance.

The most popular oil gear pump in china is produced in shandong province, china. Normally it is shandong ZIBO brand.  To ensure the best quality for the fuel tanker truck, we only used genuine fuel truck parts, china famous brand , or SGS, contacna certified.

Stainless ball valve, we insist on using stainless, rather than common steel. The reason is stainless can keep there is no rust or dirty in the fuel transportation. It is expense , but it derserve.

3, Customized bracket for the oil gear pump.

our experienced worker will install the oil pump on the truck chassis, then connected to the PTO for the beiben trucks.
