1, Change the original beiben single cabin to double cabin.

this step is very important. Welding is supposed to be very strict. The amended truck door should extremely suitable for beiben trucks chassis . otherwise, it will cause influence in working and driving.

This process takes around 5 days. All worker in our fire fighting plant need at least 5 years experience, which can greatly keep the reliability for the beiben trucks.

2, Fire fighting trucks upper structure frame

According to beiben 2542 truck chassis's drawing, our engineer will calculate the truck chassis dimension, wheelbase dimension, PTO, drive shaft, gear box, drive axle, and rear axle, and other space for the fire truck upper structure body.

This work need enough patience and professional. The unstuiable space will cause problem of installation and driving.  and it takes around 5 days.
