Rear Tilting Device: Available for international standard garbage bins,  optional 120L, 240L, 360L, 660L, 770L, 1100L, etc. both Plastic and Metal material are available.

Rear Hopper: Equipped at rear to make the garbage truck as rear loading type, which equipped with scraper and slide plate inside for garbage colelction, also can be lifting up for garbage discharge.

Scraper Plate: Move up and down to working with Scraper for garbage collecting into compactor body.

Slide Plate: Move open and close to working with Slide Plate for garbage collecting into compactor body.

Push Plate Shovel: Mainly have two functions

1. When ready for garbage collection and compression, make the Push Plate at rear part, approx 200mm distance to rear hopper, when colleting garbage into compactor body and compressing, the Push Plate will move forward to realize the double compression function.

2. When ready for discharging compressed garbage inside compactor body, open the Rear Hopper, operate the Push Plate move backwoard to discharge garbage.

Rear Hopper Device

The rear loader garbage compactor body key component is rear hopper, which including the rear tillting device, scraper and slide plate, all multiple working together to collect garbage into compactor body.

Rear tilting device for loading 240L and 1100L bins

Equipped with an advanced operating system to control the rear tilting device and designed to lift 240L and 1100L bins, both plastic material bins and metal material bins are available. the 240L bins can be loaded two sets at one time to make more efficiently. 

Besides, the rear tillting device also can be customized to load 110L, 240L, 360L, 660L, 770L, 1100L, etc.
