Product Features

●The trash bin is constructed from high-strength weathering steel.

1. Loader (Garbage Hopper)

♦Structure: Located at the rear end of the container, it consists of a scraper, a slide plate, side panels, and a hydraulic cylinder, resembling a funnel.

♦Function: Collection: A tilting mechanism (such as a bucket hook) dumps garbage from the container into the loader.

Crushing and Compression: The scraper and slide plate work together to push the garbage into the container and initially compress it, breaking up large pieces of garbage (such as plastic bottles and cardboard boxes).

Sealing: When the loader is closed, it forms a seal with the container to prevent spillage during transport.

♦Features: The scraper is made of wear-resistant steel, and the hydraulic system provides high-pressure power (up to 16-20 MPa).

2. Pusher Blade

●Structure: Installed inside the cargo box, driven by a hydraulic cylinder, it moves forward and backward along a slide at the bottom.

●Function: Secondary Compression: After the garbage is loaded into the cargo box, the pusher blade moves forward to further compress the garbage, increasing the loading capacity.

Unloading: Upon arrival at the unloading site, the pusher blade pushes the garbage out of the cargo box's rear door.

●Features: The front end of the pusher blade is designed with a curved shape, conforming to the cargo box's inner wall to reduce compression dead zones.

3. Hydraulic System

♦Components: Includes a hydraulic pump, multi-way directional control valve, hydraulic cylinders, oil tank, and piping.

♦Function: Provides power for the loader, dozer blade, and rear door opening and closing.

A multi-way control valve coordinates the operation of each cylinder, automating the collection, compression, and unloading process.
