Equipped with a Carrier SUPRA 850 refrigeration unit, the temperature control range is from -15°C to +20°C, meeting various cold chain transportation needs. The vehicle can reach a maximum speed of 95 km/h, suitable for urban distribution and medium and short-distance transportation. 1.  All-drive system technology

Intelligent torque distribution: The classical Isuzu ELF 4x4 chassis uses an electronically controlled transfer case to monitor wheel slip in real time and automatically distribute torque to the front and rear axles (0-100% infinitely adjustable), taking into account both the economy of paved roads and the ability to escape from off-road scenes. 

Lightweight four-wheel drive structure:  Aluminum-magnesium alloy drive shaft + carbon fiber differential housing, which is 15% lighter than traditional four-wheel drive, reducing energy consumption while increasing load space. 

2.  Intelligent temperature control system 

Multi-temperature zone independent control: Modular cargo compartment design (such as 3-temperature zone independent air duct), through PID algorithm ± 0.5℃ accuracy control of each zone, to meet the mixed loading needs of seafood (-25℃), fruits and vegetables (2-8℃), and medicines (15℃).

Remote monitoring platform: The 5G Internet of Things module uploads temperature, humidity, and vehicle location data to the cloud in real time. Abnormal conditions (such as refrigerant leakage) trigger sound and light alarms and automatically start the standby unit. 

3. Structural design and material innovation:

Vacuum insulation panel (VIP): The cargo compartment uses nano-aerogel + vacuum layer composite insulation material, with a thermal conductivity as low as 0.004W/(m·K), which saves 40% energy compared to traditional polyurethane insulation layer.

Integrated load-bearing body: The high-strength steel frame and the refrigerated box are integrated, with a 25% increase in torsional rigidity and a lower center of gravity to enhance driving stability.
