1. Structural design and working principle

Isuzu small dumper truck is mainly composed of chassis, hydraulic lifting system, cargo box and control system. The cargo box is welded with high-strength steel plates, and the rear part adopts an automatic locking hook structure to ensure sealing during transportation. The hydraulic system consists of an oil pump, a multi-stage hydraulic cylinder, a control valve and a fuel tank, and the lifting and lowering of the cargo box is controlled by the joystick in the cab.

Isuzu small dumper truck is equipped with 4KH1CN6LB turbocharged diesel engine with displacement of 2.999L, maximum power of 120 horsepower and peak torque of 290N·m. It is matched with Isuzu 5-speed manual transmission, which has smooth gear shifting and high transmission efficiency, ensuring that the vehicle can still maintain stable power output when climbing and fully loaded.
