1.Passability and Off-Road Capability:

The water tank sprinkler truck will be used in African countries. It primarily performs dust suppression and temporary road watering within or around construction sites covered in mud, potholes, soft sand, and gravel. Road conditions are poor, and mud often forms during the rainy season. Sometimes, the truck must traverse grassy areas, slopes, and ditches for landscaping or road cleaning.

 

So the water tanker is based on Beiben 6x6 all-drive chassis, with all wheels providing driving force, significantly improves traction and climbing ability on low-grip surfaces (mud, snow, sand, and ice), preventing slippage and sinking. Beiben off-road chassis typically offer high ground clearance, allowing them to easily navigate obstacles on rough roads (such as large rocks, deep ruts, and fallen trees), reducing the risk of bottoming out and protecting the chassis and lower tank. Multi-leaf spring or hydro-pneumatic suspension is often used, providing increased load capacity and excellent impact resistance, allowing them to withstand the harsh jolts of unpaved roads and protect the vehicle structure and tank equipment. The large approach/departure angles are designed to make it easier to go up and down steep slopes and through humpback roads, avoiding collisions between the front and rear bumpers.

 

 

2.High-quality tank structure：

The tank body is made of high-quality carbon steel (Q235) + high-performance anti-corrosion coating (such as epoxy resin, polyurethane). The cost is low, but at the same time it can maintain anti-corrosion performance and life (usually 8-10 years). The coating used by CEEC factory can ensure strong adhesion, no pinholes, uniform thickness, and pass the salt spray test.

 

 

The inner wall of the tank should be smooth without dead corners to facilitate cleaning and drainage. The sewage outlet should be located at the lowest point and reasonably designed to ensure that sewage and impurities can be completely emptied. For water tanks, CEEC engineer sets a sufficient number of transverse wave-breaking plates (partition plates). The wave-breaking plates should have large enough water flow holes to effectively suppress the impact of liquid sloshing without hindering the flow of water and the emptying of the tank. The wave-breaking plates are firmly welded to the tank body to avoid cracking and falling off under long-term impact.
