Isuzu FTR potable water bowser truck(also called Isuzu GIGA water carrier truck, Isuzu lorry water tank, Isuzu FTR water bowser truck, Isuzu potable water truck, Isuzu 4x2 mobile water bowser) is used to transport and supply water, whatever industrial or agriculture water. Equipped with a large-capacity water tank and a high-pressure spraying system, it can achieve functions such as road dust reduction, greening irrigation, cooling and heat relief, and emergency fire fighting through multi-mode operations such as side spraying, rear spraying and high-pressure gun nozzles.

Working principle: Isuzu potable water bowser truck is mainly composed of Isuzu chassis, tank, water pump, power take-off, pipe network, spraying device and other parts. During operation, the engine drives the water pump through the power take-off, and the water pump generates strong suction to suck the water in the tank, and then transports it to each spraying device through the pipe network.

The front flushing device is located below the front end of the vehicle, and the water is sprayed in a fan shape, which can strongly wash away the dust and sand on the road; the rear sprinkler is at the rear of the vehicle, and the water is evenly sprinkled on the road to play a role in dust reduction and moisturizing; the side spray device is used to irrigate the green belts on both sides of the road; the high-position sprinkler can spray water on taller trees and flowers.

Isuzu FTR potable water bowser truck is equipped with Isuzu classic 4HK1-TC60 engine, with a displacement of 5.193L, a maximum power of 151kW (205 horsepower), and a peak torque of 647N·m. It has strong power output and excellent low-speed torque performance, and can easily cope with full-load climbing, complex road conditions and other operational requirements. It is matched with Isuzu MLD-6Q six-speed manual transmission, which has smooth gear shifting and high transmission efficiency. The chassis adopts high-strength steel frame and double-layer longitudinal beam structure, with outstanding stability and anti-bumping performance.

 

2. 10cbm large-capacity tank, fully upgraded functional configuration

The tank has a volume of 10 cubic meters, made of Q235B high-quality carbon steel plate, with a thickness of 5mm, and multiple wave-breaking plates and longitudinal reinforcement ribs are set inside to effectively reduce the shaking of liquid during driving and ensure driving safety.

Equipped with 80QZF-60/90S water pump, it supports self-priming and self-draining functions. The spraying system integrates four modules: front flushing (range ≥18 meters), rear sprinkling (covering width ≥14 meters), side spraying (adjustable angle) and high-pressure water cannon (range ≥35 meters, supporting DC/flowering dual modes), which can meet the needs of multiple scenarios such as road washing, greening irrigation, dust reduction and cooling, emergency fire fighting, etc.
