Precision assembly of drive system: core components such as transfer cases, differential locks, and drive shafts must pass dynamic balance tests to ensure traction distribution on complex roads.

Anti-corrosion treatment: The chassis is electrophoresis coated + multi-layer anti-rust sprayed, and passes the salt spray test to cope with the corrosive environment where fire trucks are frequently exposed to water and chemical agents.

Manufacturing of large-capacity water tanks:

» Ⅳ.Key points of periodic maintenance：

 

 

• Power system maintenance: Maintenance is carried out every 500 hours of use, including diesel filter replacement (with oil-water separation function), EGR valve carbon deposit cleaning (ultrasonic cleaning), and turbocharger axial clearance detection (standard value 0.03-0.08mm).

 

 

• Water system maintenance: Every quarter, the inside of the tank is cleaned under high pressure (≥10MPa), the check valve is tested for sealing (leakage rate <0.1L/min), and the pipeline is pulse tested (maintained at 1.5 times the working pressure).

 

 

• Structural parts inspection: Every six months, the frame welds are inspected by magnetic particle inspection (with a focus on the rear suspension connection), the leaf spring U-bolts are torqued back (standard torque ±5%), and the drive shaft universal joint clearance is measured (angular clearance <15°).
