It combines a powerful 540HP engine and can carry a large fire extinguishing capacity to challenge various difficult roads and achieve the purpose of efficient emergency rescue. The Howo 8x4 fire truck is equipped with a 6000L large-capacity water tank, a 2000L foam tank and a professional remote-controlled electronic fire cannon, which can spray far away up to 65-85m. The control panel language is optional and easy to operate. At the same time, a variety of optional configurations are provided to meet different needs. This Howo heavy-duty fire rescue truck provides solid protection for fire safety and demonstrates excellent performance and flexibility. The single cabin and firefighter cabin provides enough space and quality to load firefighting equipment and maintain good driving performance. » Ⅳ.Key points of periodic maintenance：

 

 

• Power system maintenance: Maintenance is carried out every 500 hours of use, including diesel filter replacement (with oil-water separation function), EGR valve carbon deposit cleaning (ultrasonic cleaning), and turbocharger axial clearance detection (standard value 0.03-0.08mm).

 

 

• Water system maintenance: Every quarter, the inside of the tank is cleaned under high pressure (≥10MPa), the check valve is tested for sealing (leakage rate <0.1L/min), and the pipeline is pulse tested (maintained at 1.5 times the working pressure).

 

 

• Structural parts inspection: Every six months, the frame welds are inspected by magnetic particle inspection (with a focus on the rear suspension connection), the leaf spring U-bolts are torqued back (standard torque ±5%), and the drive shaft universal joint clearance is measured (angular clearance <15°).
