3.The Howo fire truck adopts a folding arm structure. The lower arm can be lifted within 80°, and the lower arm and upper arm can be lifted within 150°. The cross-section of the boom adopts a quadrilateral box-type structure, which is welded with high-strength steel.

4.The boom rotation has a buffer function, the boom rotation mechanism adopts a worm gear structure, and the hydraulic system is equipped with a buffer valve, which can achieve smooth and reliable starting and braking, and has good micro-motion performance.

1. It is controlled by electrical system and hydraulic system. When the electrical system fails, the hydraulic control system can ensure the normal use of the boom in a safe area.

2. It has the function of getting on and off the vehicle interlocking. The outriggers are not unfolded and the boom cannot move. The outriggers cannot move when the boom leaves the bracket.

3. It has the function of emergency vehicle retraction. All hydraulic valves are equipped with emergency mechanical operation. The system is equipped with an emergency power unit. When the engine or oil pump fails, it is used to retract the boom and outriggers.

4. It has an auxiliary power device. In the case of normal power loss, the boom can be retracted to the driving state.

5. The vehicle body is anti-collision. When the boom rotates at a small amplitude angle, in order to prevent the boom from colliding with the vehicle body, it automatically stops rotating in the dangerous direction when it rotates to a certain position.

6. Equipment box door is not closed reminder. If the equipment box door is not closed, the sound and light will automatically alarm to prevent accidents during driving.

7. Automatic charging device is installed for the self-discharge of the battery system of the howo high-lift fire truck that has been parked for a long time, so that it can still perform tasks in an emergency.

Electronic and hydraulic operating system:
