Its refined and practical design features a front equipment compartment for storing various firefighting equipment; a central 12-cubic-meter carbon steel water tank provides ample fire extinguishing agents; and a rear pump room equipped with a high-flow fire pump and intelligent monitoring system. The 12-cubic-meter water tank, combined with a CB10/60-RS fire pump, delivers 60 L/s of high-pressure water flow. This allows for precise long-range spraying via a PS8/40W fire monitor or fire hose. It features both direct current and blooming modes, providing both cooling and suffocation extinguishing. It is widely used for rapid response and efficient firefighting in urban high-rise buildings, industrial areas, and forest fires.

2. Tank (Middle)

Material and Capacity: 12m³ carbon steel water tank (Q345B, pressure resistance 1.2MPa), anti-corrosion treated.

Firefighting Principle:

The core firefighting principle of this HOWO 6x4 water tank fire truck is "water delivery and high-pressure injection." The vehicle's onboard 12-cubic-meter large-capacity water tank serves as the central fire extinguishing agent storage center. During firefighting, a CB10/60 fire pump, driven by the chassis engine, draws water from the tank and pressurizes it. The pressurized water is then discharged at a flow rate of 60 L/s through fire hoses or PS8/40W fire monitors. The direct flow mode concentrates cooling at the root of the fire, rapidly reducing the temperature to below the ignition point. The blooming mode expands the water mist coverage area, isolating oxygen through evaporative heat absorption and the asphyxiation effect. A control panel in the pump room monitors various parameters for timely adjustments.
