1. Power and terrain adaptability

♦ Adopting Howo heavy chassis, it can cope with extreme terrains such as mountains, mud, ice and snow.

♦ The minimum ground clearance is optimized to 250mm, and the approach angle/departure angle are 30° and 20° respectively.

♦ Ensuring the passability of the Howo all-drive fire truck in collapsed buildings or wild fire scenes.

♦ Equipped with WP10.340E32 turbocharged diesel engine, with a 10-speed synchronous meshing gearbox, the low-speed torque distribution efficiency is increased by 15%.

 

2.High flow and long range

♦ The 6000L carbon steel water tank (optional 316L stainless steel) adopts a double-layer explosion-proof structure design with a pressure resistance of 1.2MPa.

♦ With the self-circulating antifreeze system (-30℃ working condition), it can support continuous spraying time of up to 300 seconds (single water source mode).

♦ Standard CB10/40 mid-mounted centrifugal pump (40L/s@1.0MPa), optional Hale HPX or Rosenbauer NH30 pump group (flow rate increased to 40L/s).

♦ Water cannon range of 55m (DC)/48m (spray), foam mixing ratio 3%-6% adjustable, to achieve rapid suppression of Class A/B fires.

 

 

» Ⅳ.How to use the Howo fire truck correctly?

⇒ Power system pre-inspection: Check the WP engine before starting daily. The oil level must be kept at the center line of the dipstick (API CI-4 or above), the coolant level (ethylene glycol-based long-term antifreeze), and the air filter clogging indicator status (pressure difference > 25kPa requires replacement).

 

 

Pre-inspection of water system: Inspect 8000L water tank，drain residual water to prevent freezing (in winter), monthly biofilm test on inner wall (ATP test <50RLU), accuracy of water injection filter device (≥200 mesh).

 

 

Fire pump verification: Confirm before starting, vacuum pump sealing (vacuum degree reaches -85kPa within 30 seconds), water outlet pressure sensor calibration (error <±0.2MPa), foam proportion mixer accuracy test (±1%).
