Basic vehicle information

The Isuzu 700P 4-ton refrigerated truck is modified based on the Isuzu 700P medium truck chassis and is designed for efficient cold chain transportation. Equipped with Isuzu 4HK1-TCG61 Euro VI emission engine (190 horsepower, 5193ml displacement), matched with Isuzu MLD 6-speed gearbox, it has strong power and excellent fuel economy. The vehicle is equipped with air conditioning, USB interface, power steering system and 3-seat cab, taking into account comfort and practicality, with a maximum driving speed of 110km/h, meeting the needs of medium and short-distance cold chain logistics.

1. Box structure and materials

● Dimensions: 5500mm (length) × 2300mm (width) × 2400mm (height), providing about 30 cubic meters of extra-large cargo space, suitable for palletized loading and unloading.

● Box material: The inner and outer layers are made of fiberglass composite panels, which have high strength, corrosion resistance, and impact resistance, and can effectively resist bumps and harsh environments during transportation.

● Insulation layer: Polystyrene (XPS) high-density insulation layer, with a thickness of 80-100mm (high industry standard), combined with seamless splicing technology to ensure the air tightness and heat insulation performance of the box, and reduce the loss of cold air.

● Bottom plate design: 5mm thick large-patterned anti-slip aluminum plate, taking into account both load-bearing capacity and anti-slip properties, convenient for cargo stacking and forklift operation.

2. Door system

● Right side door: 1.2 meters wide side door, equipped with lock-type sealing strips and rubber curtains, fast loading and unloading while isolating cold air leakage, improving insulation efficiency.

● Tailgate: Full-size double-opening rear door design, supports 180° full opening, suitable for large pallets and mechanical loading and unloading, and improves cargo turnover efficiency.

3. Temperature control system

● Refrigeration unit: Carrier SUPRA 850+ independent refrigeration unit, using environmentally friendly R404A refrigerant, cooling capacity covers the entire temperature range of -20℃ to +20℃, intelligent temperature control accuracy ±1℃, to meet the preservation needs of different goods.

● Evaporator: Carrier C400 top-mounted evaporator, uniform air supply design, combined with guide air duct, avoids temperature gradient in the compartment, and ensures constant temperature of the goods throughout the journey.

● Intelligent control: The unit supports digital temperature control panel and remote monitoring function, which can adjust temperature, humidity and fault warning in real time to ensure transportation safety.

4. Internal configuration

● Flip partition: A central flip partition is set in the compartment to flexibly divide the storage space and adapt to the mixed loading needs of multiple categories of goods.

● Lighting and ventilation: The compartment is equipped with explosion-proof LED lighting and top vents to ensure cargo visibility and air circulation.
