• Large-capacity water storage system:

The 3000L stainless steel water tank (optional 316L stainless steel) adopts a double-layer explosion-proof structure design with a pressure resistance of 1.2MPa. With the self-circulating antifreeze system (-30℃ working condition), it can support continuous spraying time of up to 100 seconds (single water source mode).

 

 

• Efficient pump system:

Standard CB10/30 mid-mounted centrifugal pump (30L/s@1.0MPa), optional Hale HPX or Rosenbauer NH30 pump group (flow rate increased to 60L/s), water cannon range of 55m (DC)/28m (spray), foam mixing ratio 3%-6% adjustable, to achieve rapid suppression of Class A/B fires.

» Ⅳ.Key points of periodic maintenance：

 

 

• Power system maintenance: Maintenance is carried out every 500 hours of use, including diesel filter replacement (with oil-water separation function), EGR valve carbon deposit cleaning (ultrasonic cleaning), and turbocharger axial clearance detection (standard value 0.03-0.08mm).

 

 

• Water system maintenance: Every quarter, the inside of the tank is cleaned under high pressure (≥10MPa), the check valve is tested for sealing (leakage rate <0.1L/min), and the pipeline is pulse tested (maintained at 1.5 times the working pressure).

 

 

• Structural parts inspection: Every six months, the frame welds are inspected by magnetic particle inspection (with a focus on the rear suspension connection), the leaf spring U-bolts are torqued back (standard torque ±5%), and the drive shaft universal joint clearance is measured (angular clearance <15°).
