The Sinotruk HOWO heavy rescue fire truck mounted with double row seat crew cabin, which can carry 2+4 passengers including the driver, rear 4 seats are SCBA type with storage for air apparatus. The HOWO multiple functional rescue fire truck is comfortable and convenient to drive. Which is equipped with the original American Champion electric winch N16800XF, which is mounted in the front of HOWO fire engine and can tow about 8 tons of goods. HOWO fire rescue vehicle uses the Japanese HONDA generator SHT11500 with a power of 10KW and working voltage 220V / 380V. The top of fire truck is also equipped with a lifting lighting system YZH4-5.0CF, which can lift up to 7.6 meters above the ground. The equipment compartment is full Aluminium alloy structure and never rust, and in the HOWO rescue firefighting vehicle can hold no less than 90 pieces of emergency rescue equipment. Traction System: The front of the HOWO fire rescue truck is equipped with an American Champion traction winch, model N16800XF with a maximum pulling force of 75kN, working angle up & down 8° and left & right 5°, as for steel rope which is 38m in length φ13mm diameter, which can cope with complex terrain such as muddy and sloping land. The HOWO emergency rescue firefighting truck front mounted towing winch N16800XF can be powered by 12V or 24V DC, the reduction mechanism adopts a first-stage small-tooth difference star gear reduction and a first-stage planetary gear reduction, and the reduction ratio is 430:1. The internal teeth of the reducer are manufactured using a special formula high-pressure forming powder metallurgy technology, and the important force transmission parts are made of special materials and processing technology, which makes it have higher strength and load-bearing capacity. There are breakthrough improvements in many aspects such as clutch, brake and appearance design. The rated tension is 16800lbs.

Champion N16800XF towing winch products are strictly prohibited from being used for lifting or manning. Not allow work continuously for more than one minute under full load to avoid motor burnout. When the motor is overheated, please let the motor cool down before continuing the operation; It is recommended to use a movable pulley when the load exceeds 60% of the rated tension;

The new generation of light duty 5T knuckle type XCMG loader crane with model SQZ105 and the maximum lift moment of 105 kN·m , maximum working range of 8.3m and rotation angle of 420°, the operation safety is improved greatly because it is equipped with alarm system. Nested stabilizer extensions reduce the installation space, and lower the weight, optimized design of whole unit structure make it beautiful and compact. widely used in transportation, civil engineering, electric power, fieldwork, airport, dock etc., it can be used to long-distance transfer goods too. After installing additional devices, it can also be used for bridge maintenance, aerial wiring and inspection work.
