Working Principle:

Garbage collection, compact, and unloading are the core processes of a compressed garbage truck in completing sanitation operations. During the collection phase, the rear-mounted bin-lifting mechanism, controlled from both the driver's side and the tailgate, lifts the 240L/660L standard garbage bin to the filling device opening. After the garbage is poured in, the sliding plate descends, the scraper rotates and inserts into the garbage, closing and scraping vertically to initially compact it. The sliding plate then ascends, and the scraper scrapes the garbage into the garbage container.

During the compact phase, the scraper and pusher work together. Through multiple filling operations, the scraper continuously scrapes garbage into the container, while the pusher presses against the garbage at the front of the container. Through bidirectional compression, the garbage volume is reduced to less than 1/3 of its original volume, while wastewater flows into the bottom collection tank.

During unloading, the rear door locking device is opened, and the pusher continues to push forward, ejecting the garbage block as a whole. The entire process is coordinated by a CAN bus intelligent control system, coordinating hydraulic and pneumatic components to ensure precise and efficient operation, achieving sealed and reduced-volume garbage transfer.
