The Howo off road 10000L mobile fuel bowser is the mining special refueling tank truck. The Howo fuel tanker using 4X4 drive system and it’s equipped with a WP10.290E40 model 6-cylinder in-line water-cooled turbocharged intercooled diesel engine with a maximum output of 290HP. The gearbox is 10 front speeds and 2 rear speed, equipped with a reinforced diaphragm clutch. The Howo fuel tnaker has strong power and good controllability, suitable for various road conditions oil transportation work.

The actual volume of the oil tank is 10,000 liters,Q235 carbon steel is used as the protective material. The tank body is made of carbon steel with a thickness of not less than 5 mm. The Howo fuel tank truck is equipped with Chinese famous brand pumps, valves and pipes, as well as a set of fuel distributors. The oil tank is equipped with a ladder for easy operation, and can be designed into multiple compartments according to needs.

1. Tank Body:

♦ The tank body shape can be customized to meet different customer needs, including round, oval, rectangular, and trapezoidal shapes.

♦ The top of the tank is equipped with a manhole cover, breather valve, oil vapor recovery system, and guardrail.

♦ The bottom of the tank has a sedimentation tank, and the rear has a drain valve.

♦ The tank body is equipped with ladders and walkways for accessing the upper and lower tanks.

♦ The interior of the tank has horizontal and vertical baffles to reduce fluctuations in the liquid inside the tank during vehicle acceleration and deceleration.

♦ The top mainly consists of the tank opening, breather valve, and oil vapor recovery system.

♦ The tank opening is a φ500 diameter hole for maintenance and repair.

2. Oil Pump Section:

♦ The oil pump is driven by the engine power, output through the power take-off (PTO), and then via a drive shaft.

♦ The oil pump is connected to the chassis via a pump mounting bracket.

♦ Depending on the specific application of the tanker truck, centrifugal pumps, gear pumps, stainless steel pumps, and high-polymer nylon pumps can be selected.

♦ Customers can also choose other models of self-priming pumps, and we can design and manufacture according to specific customer requirements.

3.Control System:

♦ A control box is typically located on the lower side of the tank, containing a three-way ball valve, flow meter, coarse and fine filters, CRJ quick connectors, pressure gauges, vacuum gauges, and other accessories.

♦ The oil pump inlet vacuum gauge and oil pump outlet pressure gauge allow for reading the vacuum level in the pipeline before the oil pump and the pressure in the pipeline when the oil pump is operating, ensuring the oil system is in normal working condition.

4.Safety Protection Devices:

♦ The bottom of the oil tank is equipped with anti-static grounding tape to ensure a good static electricity discharge path between the vehicle and the ground during vehicle operation.

♦ A copper plate anti-static grounding terminal is welded to each side of the top or lower part of the oil tank.

♦ This terminal connects to the grounding device when the oil truck is loading or unloading, creating a static electricity discharge path between the tank and the ground.

♦ To prevent damage to the oil tank due to excessively high or low pressure, a vent valve is installed on the manhole at the top of the tank.
