The Howo heavy 25000L mobile fuel bowser is the city special refueling tank truck. The Howo fuel tanker equipped with a WD model 6 cylinder in-line water-cooled turbocharged intercooled diesel engine with a maximum output of 371HP. The gearbox is 10 front speeds and 2 rear speed, equipped with a reinforced diaphragm clutch. The Howo fuel tanker has strong power and good controllability, suitable for various road conditions oil transportation work.

The actual volume of the oil tank is 25,000 liters.The Q235 carbon steel is used as the protective material. The tank body is made of carbon steel with a thickness of not less than 5 mm. The Howo fuel tank truck is equipped with Chinese famous brand pumps, valves and pipes, as well as a set of fuel distributors. The oil tank is equipped with a ladder for easy operation, and can be designed into multiple compartments according to needs.

♦ The oil pump is driven by the engine power, output through the power take-off (PTO), and then via a drive shaft.

♦ The oil pump is connected to the chassis via a pump mounting bracket.

♦ Pump out:

(1) Turn the four-position three-way ball valve mark point to the direction of forward B);

Note: four-position three-way Ball Valve marks the direction of the direction of the valve closed, the other two sides for each other

(2)Open two-way Ball Valve 1to pump oil;

(3)If using a refueling machine,close the two-way Ball Valve 1 and open the small copper valve,according to the specification of the tefueling machine set procedures can be achieved refueling refueling machine.

♦ Pump in:

(1) Connecting the two-way Ball Valve 2 with an oil pipeline and an oil source;

(2) After turning the mark point of the four-position three-way ball valve to(c).the other valves are closed to realize self-priming.

(3) Other functions:The user can adjust and realize various functions according to the oll circult principle.

♦ The bottom of the oil tank is equipped with anti-static grounding tape to ensure a good static electricity discharge path between the vehicle and the ground during vehicle operation.

♦ A copper plate anti-static grounding terminal is welded to each side of the top or lower part of the oil tank. This terminal connects to the grounding device when the oil truck is loading or unloading, creating a static electricity discharge path between the tank and the ground.

♦ To prevent damage to the oil tank due to excessively high or low pressure, a vent valve is installed on the manhole at the top of the tank.

♦ Fire extinguishers are provided on both sides of the oil tank.
